Hailey's 1st Day Of School as a Sophomore..YIKKES

Hailey leaves for her 1st day as a Sophomore and I am left with the ache in my heart that my baby is growing up. Time goes by so fast and I just hope that I can make everyday I have with her special. I love more than anything in the world being her mommy. 

I am so proud of the beautiful girl she has become, Inside and out!

Last Night Of Summer

So Summer has come and gone and the girls wanted one last party before school started

 This is a great group of girls that all get along so well, it is a joy to have them around.

 She also had to have her wonderful boy friend there and he is a Saint to be able to deal with all those girls!

My Barbie

I have always been creative but my biggest inspiration has always been my beautiful daughter

When ever I am stressed or depressed the one thing that can always get me out of my funk is being behind the camera.

 I am extremely lucky to have such a beautiful and PHOTOGENIC daughter

 I am able to combine the beautiful landscape of Northern California with my very own Barbie doll to create perfect moments in time.

I value the time I get to spend behind my camera as well as the Mommy daughter time with my best and most beautiful creation ever.

Cake Balls in the shape of Easter Eggs

My wonderful cousin found a recipe for cake balls and they were so good that I decided to give it a whirl. Since my daughter was getting too old to hunt for eggs I thought that I would find something else to decorate in the Easter spirit and what better than "Cake Eggs". 

                   One could say that I went a little over board....I made eight cakes worth of cake balls!!!

                             My little helper I guess wishes to remain nameless. I wonder why?

The end result ......very very rich!

... and ready to be delivered by the Easter Bunny!

Say Good By To The Hot Pink Princess Room

Well my creative side coupled with my desire to avoid doing taxes set me out on a journey to CREATE! My daughters room started out as a cute little girls room, "lellow" her favorite color, and pretty flowers. When it was ok for "her boys" to be in her room..... putting make-up on her and making her the princess she was.

This worked for the first several years, well that is until she hit middle school. In middle school she had to have a  Room fit for a Princess. So what says Princess more than pink? Not just pink but Hot Pink and Black!

Now her room became a Tween hang out for her and her best friends to play dress-up, talk about boys and of course still be the Princess of the house. Again this lasted for a few years but as the school changed so did her room.

This time she was going to help me make the transition.

Now she has a teenage room that is black and white Zebra! One thing seems to never have changed thou.......

She still is the Princess and has wonderful people in her life that treat her that way! 

(Beside her Mommy and Daddy of course!)

Hailey Has Her 1st Baby Sitting Job

Aunty Hailey gets to baby sit her niece Elodie and they have lots of fun!

She took a bath in the princess tub and yes, Nonniey had to take pictures

and next came bed time....well there was some more play time involved as well!

My Beautiful Baby Cousin had a Beautiful Baby Boy!

My baby cousin Nikki gave birth yesterday to Zayden Alexander. Welcome to the family! You are so lucky to have such a wonderful Mommy and Daddy that will take such good care of you!

And others will be spoiling you as well!!!!
